Q:  How long does it take to get a new custom designed website?
A:  The length of time it takes to complete a project from the very start through completion is based on a few factors.  We make it a priority to turnaround your new or redesigned custom website as quickly as possible.  We will provide a layout / spec to you via email within 8-12 business days, after our initial consultation with you. We typically provide custom mockups for your site within 7-10 business days of starting your project.

Q:  Will I have a say in the design process?
A:  Very much so.  Our ultimate goal is to make you happy about the end result of your new custom or redesigned website.  We need your input and vision in order to get us off on the right foot for the project.  It always helps to know if you like the look and feel of other sites, that you would like your site to mirror.  If you have logo designs or branding ideas that you would like us to use, we will listen to your ideas and give our professional advice and opinion as well.

Q:  What other services are included in your custom web design cost?
A:  Our custom web design services include basic search engine optimization services.  With basic SEO we will submit your website to the major search engines, and the setup of your websites main information (Page Title, Description and Keywords).

Q:  Are your websites search engine optimized?
A:  Yes.  We have basic search engine optimization included in all of our custom web designs, but we also have packaged you can purchase that will ensure you are being found first amongst your competition.

Q:  When is payment required for a project?
A:  We typically require half of the projects’ payment at the start of the project, and the remaining half after the project has been completed and you are satisfied.  Depending on the size of the project, we may be able to offer a payment plan schedule.

Q:  Do you have any ongoing maintenance plans that my company can purchase?
A:  Yes.  We have a great ongoing maintenance plan that accommodates busy business owners, and ensures the ongoing success and functionality of your custom website.  With our ongoing maintenance plan you will have peace-of-mind knowing that your site is functioning properly at all times and all necessary updates are being made.
